Do you want electric stuff this season? How about the kind of delivery that will make coaches and scouts stop and take notice? Attend this free one hour primer and learn what it takes to rocket to the top of the rotation and stay there. This event is designed to introduce middle school to high school age pitchers to the advanced level instructional services available at D1D's Pitching University.   You'll learn the four critical elements of a repeatable delivery and the specific areas of strength and conditioning required to execute them efficiently.

From footwork to finish, the act of throwing a baseball is one of the most overanalyzed and misinterpreted endeavors in all of sports. Want to learn the one and only way to throw a baseball efficiently and safely? Want to put an end to frustrating issues with command and arm injuries? Learning proper body alignment, stride direction and arm action is the first step.

Regarded as the most effective way to build arm strength and improve throwing mechanics, long toss gets a whole new treatment and emphasis at the Pitching University. We'll show you how to throw a baseball with spin so tight that it will defy gravity and wind. You'll throw it so far, you will need two throwing partners to get the ball back to you. And remember, increased throwing distance correlates directly to increased velocity.
